With Samsung launch season closing in, the next wave of Samsung leaks is pointing to a small but noticeable design shift for the top model. Fresh images of screen protectors suggest the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have much more rounded corners than the S25 Ultra.

The hint comes from a trusted Samsung leaker, @UniverseIce, who shared photos of screen protectors for the S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra. As reported by Android Police, the protectors for the S26 and S26+ look close to the current S25 pair, while the Ultra’s piece looks a touch softer at the corners. The set also reinforces an ongoing theme across the lineup, which is flat glass rather than the old waterfall style.

A move to more rounded corners makes sense when you think about how the Ultra is used every day. The S25 Ultra is already a large device, so shaving off the sharpness at the edges should help with grip and pocket comfort.

The trade-off to this is that the S26 Ultra could actually end up slightly taller and wider, which might offset some of the ergonomic gains from the curvier silhouette. Even so, the overall package sounds more friendly to hold, and keeping the display flat across all three models should reduce accidental touches and make screen protectors easier to fit.

Timelines are still moving around, and plans can change before Samsung takes the wraps off the series. For now, the picture that is forming is a trio with flat displays, a more rounded Ultra, and the usual year-on-year polish that touches the cameras and panel tech. Small changes add up, and if the leaks hold, the Ultra’s edges could be where you feel the difference first.
